Working across Europe, Latin America, West Africa, and Central Asia, he has managed multicultural teams and promoted sustainable solutions in key areas such as urban development, infrastructure, energy, and the environment.
He began his career in the private sector in the UK, Peru, and France, later collaborating with international organisations such as UNOPS, AFD, Expertise France, the European Union, the World Bank, and MCA-Liberia, among others. Passionate about positive impact, Charles has implemented projects that enhance resilience and foster sustainable development.
